Steps To Reproduce:
1.Enter the site URL
2.Enter the user credentials
3.Click on module icon and select Boss module.
4.Expand Interested Party Expectations tab from menu.
5.Click on Expectations Matrix icon.
6. Click on expectation category dropdown for the first column
7. Enter the data in the dropdown field & Press enter & Dont save
8. Click on expectation category dropdown for the Second column
9. Enter the data in the dropdown field & Press enter
10. Observe the result

Description
Expectation category data are adding for the first category dropdown only and if I try to add for the second and respective Expectations category dropdown the data are not entering into the dropdown
