Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST module administrator
2.Click on main and select PI
3.Select Block diagram
4.Click on Add elements and add elements upto component level
5.Observe the diagram

Description

After adding elements in Block diagram, system displays component element separately outside the parent element. But after dragging parent element component element is displayed inside the parent block.
