IE and Chrome Main 2: Column Expand is not Working (Refer the attached video)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Select PI -> open the document
2.Expand the column Header
3.Check the Column field Size
4.Refresh the document
5.check Column Header -> it will change to column field size
6.Observe the Result

Description

open the document, Expand or Reduce the column header but the column field will not get Expand or Reduce,then Refresh the document the expanded column header will change to the size of the column field.so we cannot change the Column field to the column header size.please verify the attachment.
