Steps To Reproduce:

1. Go to RFD
2. Open Requirments
3. Hide one of the columns
4. Assuming it Might be one of the problem for duplicating the REQ ID

Description

It is creating Duplicating REQ ID in requirments page. The reason seems to be the hided cell value in the requirment page. WE hided one of the REQ in the Req page.
