1)Login to module as auditor
2)Click on perform audit
3)Try the some of the actions on the grid in upload record
4)Observe

Description
1) Online form should not be editable in perform audit but when selected and Clicked system allows to edit the form
2) Some times system displays Delete Button on the grid
3) When Uploaded Template or reference uploaded date is displaying wrong
4) And Also the Labels in grid should be in the same order as in Assign Audit type and Form Page in Audit program
5) Uploaded on date is keeps loading when searched for date
6) and also Search is not working.
