Steps To Reproduce:

1.Select any of PI
2.Open process FMEA document
3.Right click in Recommended Action column branch
4.click on Copy cell
5.Select another one branch in Recommended Action column
6.Right click ->click on Paste cell
7.An error message will display on the screen
8.Observe the Result
