Steps To Reproduce:

1.Open process FMEA in any of PI
2.Double Click on Header->Create one Header
3.Right Click -> Click on Delete Header
4.Select one Header and Drag the Header
5.Leave the Header
6.Check the Error Message
7.Observe the Result

Description

Open process FMEA document, Double Click on the header and Enter the value in the header then Delete the header which is created then Select any one of the Header and Drag that header and Leaver that header Error message will display on the screen.
