1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to Activities tab.
3. Click on Initiate Problem Solving menu.
4. Open the concern with L0 Approach
5. Open L0 form.
6. Try to enter data and observe

Description
1. Application is allowing the user to edit Concern number, Date, Product, Customer name. Actually all these needs to be in read only format.
2. Responsibility field is not showing the team members.
3. Date field is not Displaying the Date picker.
4. Status field is not getting updated, it is showing as editable field.
