Steps To Reproduce:

1.Open the document in control plan
2.Enter & in Reaction plan Column
3.Right click in header ->Click on Export to Excel
4.open the Excel
5.Check on Reaction plan column
6.Observe the Result

Description

Open the Document in control plan in that Reaction plan column Enter the "&" Symbol in it and Right click the Export to Excel Open the Excel in that for "&" some data like "&" is displaying in it
