Steps To Reproduce:

1.Open the document
2.Right click on header -> Click on create footer
3.check whether the footer get created
4.Refresh the document
5.Observe the Result
6.Right click the footer -> click on Remove footer
7.Refresh the document
8.observe the Result

Description

When we create the footer it will not create the footer after we refresh the document the footer will get created and same as when we remove the footer it will not get remove after refresh the document only it will get remove
