Steps To Reproduce:

1.Open the document
2.Select the header which has Higher hyperlink
3.Right click->Click on hide hyper link
4.Right click->check for unhide hyperlink
5.refresh the document
6.Right Click->click on unhide hyperlink
7.Check the header it will not get change
8.Refresh the document
9.Check the column Header
10.Observe the Result

Description

In Process FMEA select one column header which has higher level hyperlink make that header to hide hyperlink then make that hyperlink to unhide hyperlink by Right click but unhide hyperlink will not be display we need to Refresh the document then right click the header we can find the unhide hyperlink then it will not get updated Refresh the Document again then only it will updated
