Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login into EwQIms Application
2)Select MSA Module
3)Go To Stability study TAB
4)Click on Conduct Stability Study menu
5)Select the Gage
6)Observe the date and frequency field
7)Select the date and Frequency from dropdown
8)Perform Study
9)Go To Reports TAB
10)Click on Gage list by status report
11)Select the gage
12)Observer the result

Description

When selecting the gage to perform the stability study the frequency and date of calibration column is blank and not considering the value mentioned in the gage creation screen.so performing the stability study by entering the value (date and frequency) will affect the report with invalid planned date column in the gage list by status
