Steps To Reproduce:
1.Open the Browser
2.Enter the URL
3.Enter the Username and Password
4.Click on Login Button
5.Click on Module icon
6.Click on AQuAPro
7.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main2
8.Select the PI -> Open PFMEA
9.Right-Click on the Header -> Right-Click & Select Insert Header option
10.Open Main -> Select PI -> Open PFMEA
11.Right-Click on the Header -> Right-Click & Select Insert Header option
12.Observe the Result

Description
For Insert Header option, In Main: Select the Header and Right-Click on it to select the Insert Header option it will Insert the selected Header option
In Main2: If you doing the same activity it will not list the options but automatically it will select the first Header Name and it will display the Header in Left Side Corner
