Chrome Main 2: Sporadic Issue, For Creating a New PI or New Process Segment or New Design Segment the Ok button is not displaying

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Click to design Segment
2.Right click and click New Design Segment
3.Check the pop up window
4.Observe the Result
5.Click on Process Segment
6.Again do the same step of 2,3 and 4

Description

When we try to add new segment or Levels by right click and click on new production item or new design segment some times the ok button is not displaying but it cannot be replicate many time it working properly I am trying to find scenario for this error
