User cant able to delete the Training type name. No alert message is displayed after clicking on delete button.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to Training tab.
3. Click on training setup menu.
4. Go to training type tab.
5. Select Existing record
6. Click on delete and observe.
