Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Navigate to DocPro Module
3.Click on Documents tab and click on Modules menu
4.Select the Aqua pro Level
6.Documents will be loaded in TOC
7.Right Click on document number link for the document which has full access
