Steps To Reproduce:

1.Click on Process FMEA
2.Right click on mouse and click on Edit Cell
3.Double Click on the branch
4.Check in both Columns
5.Right click and click on Insert Branch
6.Check in Both columns
7.Observe the error

Description

When we try to Edit the cell and try to Insert the Branch in Preventive Controls and Detective Controls Columns we cannot Select,edit and Insert in this columns
