Steps To Reproduce:

1.Right click on mouse and click on publish
2.check for pop up window
3.click on find button
4.Return back by click cancel
5.Enter the data in Reason for publish field
6.Try to click ok button
7.check the error

When I try to publish the document In the publish when i click on find button then return back and enter the data in Reason for publish then the ok button is not enable
