Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as user who has usa and corp rights
2.Create a level A and upload documents say doc A in corp site
3.Create a level B and upload documents say doc B in Usa site
4.Set tag in both sites
5.In tag search,it shows doc a and doc b
6.Login as user who has corp rights alone
7. in tag search, its not showing the doc b and also pagination is showing correct as 2
