Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as Auditor
2.Go to Perform Audit (closed/not closed out)->Clieck on Checklists link under Audit forms->Checklists screen should get open
3.Edit any Checklists that already created (NC/OFI) score value
Actual Result:
Able to edit the score value and able to attach any file using attachment option
Expected REsult:
All the fields inside the checklists must be non editable
