1.Login to ewqims http://192.168.100.249/EwQIMS_2 2.Login as user 3.Go to problem solver module 4.Click on actions→new concern 5.Fill the details, click on submit 6.Go to actions→concern intial evaluation 7.Open the concern and save 7.Choose req fields , click on submit 8.Login 8.Click on home button 9.Go to mail server Escalation settings→Batch manager http://192.168.100.190/omnexqa.com 9.Click 10.Click on inbox completed tab 10.Observe 11.Search for the concern 12.Observe result 11.Refer 13.Refer screenshot
