1. Login to APQP as PM PM(without PS rights) 2. Select a project and enable review 3. See Rightclick the response deliverable and click on initiate concern 4. Save the concern 5. Click on the concern icon showing under notification 6. Concern page is opening instead of showing "Access Denied" alert
