Any thing Modified or updated in User details page like Username,Password reset,Email etc...After save page is not displaying saved successfully alert
Expectaion : validation such be displayed based on Updated field
ex : updated Email then it should be Email updated successfully

Even for Creation of new user validation should come in sequential orders after updating one by one field
