Doc Management: Draft History - Click on View Comments
1. The header should be "Comment for", here the header is and bread crumb is Assign Requests Rights"
2. Draft Number is a link, the text should be in blue
3. On hovering the color code is changing to yellow. it should not be like
4. There is no back option in bread crumb
5. Search can remove the View comment status from drop down its not needed
6. Search for status is not working as expected
