1) Login as admin 
 2) Click on Setup 
 3) Click on Entity 
 4) Click on Corporate 
 5) Click on Entity type,Business unit and Site function type in the bottom of the page 
 6) Create a new entity type  
 7) Close the Entity type window 
 8) observe the validation
