 1.Login to ewqims http://192.168.100.249/EwQIMS1 
 2.Go to problem solver module 
 3.Actions→Intial evaluation completed 
 4.Click on 8D LINK under view form  
 5.click on concern form 8d 
 6.Under implement permanent corrective action  
 7.Right click on row click on delete 
 8.Observe result 
 9.refer screenshot 




 2.After adding three new rows with data , now delete the third row , the data in the third row overwrite in second row
