1)Login to module as auditor 2)Click on corrective action closeout 3)Click on CAR no Hyperlink 4)Specify Verification and validation as Yes and NO 5)attach an attachment and click on save 6)Again retrieve the same and Specify Verification and validation as Yes NO 7)Attach an attachment and click on save 8)Now try to view the attachment from Corrective action closeout screen
