Bug #10984: New Document Request->While uploading a new document, somtimes an error occurred. The document is created without an attachment even if document is attached. This issue is sporadic - SP900 EwIMS - OMNEX ISSUE TRACKER

1. Log in as Docpro user 
 2. Click on New Document Request 
 3. Attach a new document and click on Add 

 Issue: After a long time an error occurred and the documentis not attached. The document is listed in Pending Request with status as Need attachment.This issue is sporadic attachment.
