1. Log in as Admin. 
 2. Go to Competency tab. 
 3. Click on Job requirements menu. 
 4. Select a position. 
 5. Enter requirements. 
 6. Expand Copy requirements. 
 7. Select desired options. 
 8. Select Copy to Position. 
 9. Click on Copy to. 
 10. Select that copied position. 
 11. Select a user. 
 12. Click on Competency evaluation button. 
 13. Observe the result
