Audit Report Form -> The form not displayed the valid data in OFI / NC field
Opportunities for Improvement
1. Type - OFI Number should display
2. Area / Process - The selected process(s) should be displayed
3. Clause - The selected clause(s) should be displayed
4. Details - OFI description should be displayed
Non-Conformances
1. Type - NC Number should display
2. Area / Process - The selected process(s) should be displayed
3. Clause - The selected clause(s) should be displayed
4. Statement of non-conformance - NC description should be displayed
5. Requirements - Procedure field data should be displayed.(Not attached document)
6. Objective Evidence - Objective Evidence (Opt) field data should be displayed
Corrective action form and include the root cause analysis" TAB
1. Car # - > NC/OFI car no should be displayed
2. Standard Clause -> Clause name and description should be displayed
3. Process - Assigned process should be displayed as per NC/OFI
4. Details of non conformance - OFI /NC Description should be displayed
5. Response target date - Target response date of auditee should be displayed.(Deadline date for auditee response)
6. Date Closed - Actual NC/OFI Closed out date should be displayed (If approval there, approved date should be displayed)
7. Date Verified - Auditor "Verified" date should be displayed
Note: Now the system is not displaying the data in above mentioned order
