1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to Activities tab.
3. Click on meetings menu.
4. Click on recurring meeting button.
5. select occurs as days.
6. Select Recurs every as 0.
7. Set start date.
8. Select end date as No end.
9. Select team.
10. Click on save.
11. Open the saved meeting.
12. Assign Action plan for user.
13. Observe the Batch manager for reminder email
