1.In In the Inspection Sheet, the Created Reaction Plan for the Rejected Sample is not disappearing while Editing the same Rejected Sample into the Accepted Sample. 2.In the Inspection Sheet, Click on the Saved Rejected Sample and Clear the Sample after Clearing the Rejection Sample the Reaction Plan will not disappear it remains same only and again Enter the Invalid Value for the Rejection Sample then View in Reaction Plan it will Create another Reaction Plan for the same Sample and it will be duplicated the Previous One.
