1) Login to EwQIMS 
 2) navigate Create tasks in any module to PS Module. create actions for multiple user 
 3) Initiate Login as a concern and raise different user for whom there is a 8D task assigned. 
 4) Assign multiple users to a task (say user1 & user2) 
 5) Now login as user1 to actions management 
 6) user1 He will be able to view the tasks assigned to the user2 also. 

 This is respective with one approach in PS. Same to be applied to all modules other persons task also
