1. Login as admin 2. Click on meetings hyperlink from activities tab 3. Click on any one existing meeting hyperlink 4. Click on add button under "Proposal Plan" tab 5. Enter the data on all mandatory fields 6. Click on save button 7. Observe the result lobhmn
