Facing (Impact of #26952)Facing issue in New Document access->"Rights for users" document access rights are not overriding the "Rights for groups" document access rights 
 
 For ex : Rights for groups->UserA->New document access-->Full access in document access 
          Rights for users->UserA->New document access-->view history in document access 
 Issue Description : TOC documents-->Right click for document-->It shows full access option context menu instead of view history access
