In Audit Program page, after creating audit while creating a new audit program    it in assign audit type and forms displays unwanted alert. Expecting this un wanted alert while    Modifying the Audit as  
 "The Form not for creating    a new Audit Form. 

 This Alert is recently added while modifying the Audit form. Type Changes will affect other sites. Are you sure you want to Continue?"
