1. In order to provide access for initiator I choose new concern alone but as soon as i create the concern the new concern screen becomes loading only if i provide view all concern access then the loading disappears
2. Problem solving tools disabled for plant users, when only initiate problem solving rights hs been given to the user.
3. Under product code unselected product code info showing in initiate problem-solving screen
