Issues in Rejection of Self-Evaluation
'Reject' button should be available, only when the status of the audit is 'Self-Evaluation Completed".
1. While clicking reject button it shows Michelin fields (Manufacturing capabilities, Supplier Technology)
2. Need to remove the Rejection Functionality in Supplier Evaluation Grid
3. After Rejecting the checklist in SQE login it should navigate back to Audit details page.
4. In Supplier Audit Status page its not getting updated after getting Rejected.
5. After Publishing the Audit, Rejection option should not be available
6. After clicking View Supplier Score button its showing only 2 checklist score details but actual count is 3
