1.Login Docpro as Admin 2.Enable DCN form in DP settings 3.Login as document requestor and upload the document in a folder with Approval Route 4.Login as approver 5.Goto Actions and Click on Request needing approval 6.Approve the document 7.Go to documents and select the Particular document 8.Select the Revision history summary option 9.when we click the DCN Details link in Revision history summary table,revision number in table, DCN information is not shown
