1.Login to EwQIMS 
 2.Navigate to Problem Solver module 
 3.Click on Incidents→Actions→Initial Problem Solving 
 4.Click on Concern Title 
 5.Enter All the mandaty fields 
 6.Attach the file which name includes special characters "!" 
 7.Click on save button 
 8.Click on Incidents→Actions→Initial Problem Solving 
 9.Click on concern title 
 10.User able to view the attached file 
 11.Click on download button 
 12.Facing issue when downloading the file which filename has special characters ("#", ("+", "&", " ' ", "+" , "~")
