1.When When a department is mapped against the site then that will be listed inside Change management set up. Without any validation it is allowing to remove department from suite but still showing under CFT setup in change management. So need a validation while removing department. 2.After After removing the dependency Once the department linkage is removed from suite then it should remove from CM also.
