1. Login as module admin 
 2. Click setup->suit setup->docpro setup 
 3. Select folder management 
 4. Select and click the level 
 5. click the escalation route link 
 6. Select the route in assign route page 
 7. After we click the save button in folder management, Escalation route is not saved
