1. Login as Docpro module admin 2. Click the customize Email messages under suit setup from setup menu 3. Enable "ON" Notify all the viewers new document creation" 4. Click on configure icon 5. Click on Disable mail notification for the selected users for selecting the users for not generating the email for them 6. Select the configure group email for generating the email to particular group 7. Groups are not listed Select the group against the level and save
