1. Login as Docpro module admin 2. Click the customize Email messages under setup menu 3. Enable "ON" Notify all the viewers about document creation" Revision 4. Click on configure icon 5. Click on Disable mail notification for the selected users for selecting the users for not generating the email for them 6. Select the configure group email for generating the email to particular group 7. Select the group against the level and save
