1.Login to EwQIMS 
 2.Navigate to problem solver module 
 3.Click on Actions→New Incidents→Actions→Closed/Rejected concern 
 4.Click on New concern title 
 5.Click on attach file in attachment 
 6.Browse and upload the file 
 7.Save the 5.Change status of concern and log out 
 8.Login as Supplier user In progress 
 9.Click 6.Click on Actions→New concern save  
 10.Click on 7.Observe the concern title 
 11.Click on the attachment 
 12.Supplier user couldn't able to see the attachment Results
