 Issues discussed with Team during 10.5.0 cy-12 and 10.6.0 cy-1(FST and RFD) 

 * Vmodel -not able to deselect the selected    PI  
 * Mandatory field alert in PI creation page need to be in orange(UI) 
 * VOC page showing an additional blank row, after adding multiple rows data entered finally only showing after refresh 
 * The value is not readable -need to show in some other color(interface Function matrix Risk Value) 
 * VOC-Inserted 3 columns but showing only one after layout selection 
 * VOC Tracability Icons missing, Cancel Button icon missing 
 * For a Blank VOC row after selecting custom layout    review field values moved to custom column field, after entering function/requirement getting back to normal 
 * Review Rejected after sending comments -but status    showing as reviewed  
 * Need to show the PI name in VOC/other document linked to APQP 
 * Group by filter is working for Design requirement usage and other but showing blank for Function usage,also not able to enter data before saving layout 
 * Enable review    on selecting check boxes showing alert, without selecting checkbox able to proceed 
 * Project team members selection option is not there for an APQP Integrated PI Review option 
 * After entering Review comments the status changed to reviewed- Need to change only after accepting 
 * Change request- Source reference is not showing in the CR form 
 * Add reviewer icon not changed 
 * Mandatory Alert showing behind the popup 
 * View reviewers and add reviewer - showing    same icon only also the icon should be common across modules 
 * Send for review- change to "Sent for review" 
 * Not able to add users from all users/ project team members to the reviewers list in APQP integration page 
 * Not able to enable    review    for project Team members from APQP page 
 * The Change request Icon is moving on inserting new columns 
 * New production item creation page Category field needs a drop down by default(on clicking the field only came to know about the drop down) 
 * Select/enter requirement against a function and change the requirement at the same time, after refresh it will show as 2 requirement against that function (same for new Function too) 
 * After Selecting layout the branch created is not aligned properly, adding Function branch without refresh is collapsing the PI itself. 
 * Requirement Branching- If multiple requirements are there against a single function    enable review by right clicking a requirement is sending all requirements against that VOC row for review)Need to Give all the enable,stop options for each requirement. 
 * If different requirement types are set and on enabling review for multiple requirement, need to show the reviewers set for both requirement types by default and also allow user to manually select reviewers 
 * On attaching document in the review summary    with Special characters the page keeps on loading 
 * Need to include date and time in compare version details 
 * While saving layout time itself the created column should show under group by drop down, Now an additional refresh is needed to show it 
 * Need to hide the columns which are not needed from the list of insert column drop down 
 * When a reviewer rejects a request and then requested resubmitted it to the same reviewer, Accept button is not showing in the review summary page 
 * On Clicking attached review doc showing error page, also the icon need to be smaller 
 * On enabling requirement review for a function with multiple requirement , then the requirement tag should be blank, instead it is showing the 1st created requirement name by default. 
 * The pending request and request needing approval actions are not showing under FST Actions of the approver. Only showing under RFD and Suite actions. 
 *Need to restrict edit/change requirement by double click option which are under review ,reviewed and approved status 
 *FST Action is now showing under set up. Need to change 
 *Approval request is not showing in FST Action, Can approve only from RFD and suite actions. 
 *Compare Version Issues and Improvements.(Refer Screenshot-Communicated internally) 
 * The comments entered by the Requestor while review set up is not showing in the summary page from VOC(working from APQP Integrated page.  
 *On attaching document in the review summary with Special characters the page keeps on loading( Attached the excel file I tried to upload)(Issue dependency -21493) 
 *Requirement Review- If there is a special character in the Requirement/tag name then the View Status page is not showing the complete name(Bug #21726) 
 *When a reviewer rejects the request then the send button need to be disabled. Now it is allowing to enter comments after rejection. 
 *Block requestor from sending blank comments. Enable send button only after entering comments. 
 *In Block Diagram if the target is not proper then the page keeps on loading after showing    the alert msg(Reported issue Missed to track)
