1)Login in to EWQIMS application 
 2)Under setup tab,Create a departemnt 
 3)Go To Assign department 
 4)Map the Same department to two or more sites 
 5)Assign respective users to the department 
 6)Go To MSA module 
 7)Under setup tab,Click on Email users 
 8)Select the Department 
 9)Observe the result
