1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Go to Doc pro
3.Click on documents and delete the document
4.Deletion should goes to approval
5.By that time right click on the document and click on record
6.Click on documents and select add record for the document
7.Record request is going for approval process
8.By that time add record option should not display to add another record for the document
