LPA Findings Summary & Classification Report : Summary report in bottom : Various issues in this tabular format 1. Only one record is displayed. But in chart couple of data’s available 2. The below columns are not showing the data though its available a. Shift b. Failure Category c. NC Ageing d. Auditee NC response timeline e. Auditee NC closure timeline f. Equipment Type g. Equipment Code 3. Days Taken / Exceeded to close the nc : The showing data is not relevant with actual days 4. The below column name has to change a. “NC Ageing” should be renamed as “Findings Aging” b. Auditee NC response timeline should be renamed as “Auditee – Findings response timeline” c. Auditee NC closure timeline should be renamed as “Auditor – Findings closure timeline”
