1.Request Request Needing Approval : Reset 2 nd pw header is missing 2.Reset Reset 2nd pwd logic is not working as expected. Better to make the password field as non editable when the password is not created yet 3.The The entered password should not be removed after saved. the user doesnt know whether the password is saved or not. 4.Records Records needing approval: Reset password icon is not there like req needing approval 5.Reset the Second Password - Check box for Change login pw and Change 2nd pw should in same position
